Discounts, Coupons, & Promo Codes

Discounts will appear on the payment screen once you enter the appropriate promo code. Discounts, coupons, and promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotional discount or offer from vanderloopshoes.com. Offers can be used on phone orders, but not on previous purchases. Void where prohibited by law. No cash value. Offers are valid while supplies last and are subject to modification or cancellation without notice. Vanderloopshoes.com reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw any offer at any time.


Shipping & Delivery

We will process and ship all orders as soon as possible. The normal processing time is 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, during regular business days. If you have a backorder and your order is delayed, you will be promptly notified, and you can choose to cancel the order. Please feel free to contact our customer service team by email or phone to check the status of your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Speedee, or the US Postal Service, unless specified otherwise. Please call if you require alternative shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the shipping method and tracking number when your order has been shipped.


Viewing Orders

To view your order online at vanderloopshoes.com, you must either create an account before placing your order or register during the checkout process. If you check out as "Guest", you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. At any time, you can contact customer service to request an order update.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you order online, by phone, or in store. Please be aware that we can only accept unworn (in like-new condition) products within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless they are deemed defective within the manufacturer's specified timeframe (typically 6 months from the purchase date, but may vary).

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it or exchange it for a different size, width, or style, please complete our Return/Exchange Form. Merchandise can also be returned or exchanged in the original box or packaging at any Vanderloop Shoes location. To find a location near you, click here for our Store Locator.

Please follow these steps: Fill out the Return/Exchange Form (click here to print the Return/Exchange form) completely, providing detailed information when needed. Next, get the product ready for shipping. Place the product in its original box or packaging, along with the Return/Exchange Form. We suggest that you make a copy for your records. Please do not put labels or stamps on the shoe box. Either place it in a large box or wrap the original box with paper. Bring the package to your local post office or delivery service.

If sending through the post office, mail to: Vanderloop Shoes, PO Box 346, Little Chute, WI 54140.

If sending through a delivery service, ship to: Vanderloop Shoes, 400 Moasis Drive, Little Chute, WI 54140.

We suggest using a trackable service.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue you credit or send the exchange item as soon as possible. An email will be sent to confirm the return/exchange. *Note regarding refunds: Upon receiving your return, we will quickly get the refund request information to your bank. Please note that the funds will be instantly deducted from our account, but may take up to a week to process and post to your bank. Please contact your bank for questions or to receive more information.
