How do I return or exchange an order to Vanderloopshoes.com?
We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you order online, by phone or in-store. If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return it or need to exchange your purchase for a different size, width or style please complete our Return/Exchange Request Form. Follow the steps below:
- Fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form included with your purchase (or click here to print one). Please fill out the form completely.
- Place the completed form in the box with the product that you plan to return or exchange.
- Mail or UPS your package to us, using the mail to or ship to information on the bottom of Return/Exchange Request Form.
Upon receiving your item(s), we will issue you credit or send the requested exchange item as soon as possible. An email will be sent to confirm the return/exchange.
*Note regarding refunds: Upon receiving your return, we will quickly get the refund request information to your bank. Please note that the funds will be instantly deducted from our account, but may take up to a week to process and post at your bank. How can I change or add to my order?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday). What is your backorder policy for items that are out of stock?
If an item or size is temporarily out of stock when you place an order, Vanderloop Shoes Inc will check available delivery dates for the item and email you with a ship date. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. All items will stay on order unless you instruct us otherwise or in the event that a manufacturer informs us that the product or size is no longer available. If the product is not available from the manufacturer we will contact you by email or phone to let you know and your credit card will be refunded.
Can I place an order by e-mail?
To assure your personal security, Vanderloopshoes.com does not allow for email orders. When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be checked for proper authorization with your local bank as you place an order. Your credit card will be billed immediately if there is proper authorization and the order goes through. If you purchase a product that is on back order, your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. Vanderloop Shoes Inc will check available delivery dates for the item and email you with a ship date.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Vanderloopshoes.com currently charges sales tax on orders shipped to Wisconsin, Illinois or Michigan addresses, as this is where Vanderloop Shoes Inc is set up to charge taxes. Orders from all other states will not be charged sales tax.

What is a CCV number and why do you require it for purchase?
Card Code Verification or CCV is a three or four digit number on your credit card in addition to your account number and expiration date. CCV was created to protect you from credit card fraud. Vanderloopshoes.com asks for a CCV number so that someone with your account number and expiration date cannot place an order with your card. To find the CCV on your credit card please use the information below:
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: Look for the three digit number printed on the back of your credit card. The full credit card number is reprinted in the signature box and at the end of the number is the CCV.
American Express: Look for the four digit number on the front of your card above the credit card number on either the right or left side of your card.
Was my credit card charged twice or overcharged?
Your credit card will be billed once your order has been placed. When we receive an online order, the amount required for the purchase must be authorized by our credit card payment processor before the order is shipped. This authorization reserves the amount required for the purchase on your credit card account, but will not create a duplicate charge to your credit card account.
